Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage has traditionally long fluent strokes, to soothe your mind and relax your body. Meant for decompressing from the stresses of everyday life.
Deep Tissue/ Trigger point THERAPY
Deep tissue/ Trigger Point Therapy targets and focuses on problem areas, using thumb/elbow with static pressure to reduce tightness and pain improving flexibility and function.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release/ Neuromuscular Therapy uses a variety of pressures applied by hand targeting all layers of tissue. This is more of a corrective technique, opening areas that feel stuck.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is customized for Mommy-to-be; helping to reduce anxiety, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, improving labor outcomes and newborn health. Side-lying positions are primarily used, with pillows for extra comfort like you’re laying on a cloud. Safe in all trimesters (unless deemed high risk). For clients that are or may be high risk, a doctors note is required to receive services.
Hot Stone Massage*
Hot Stone Massage has Swedish massage roots with the power of heat. Basalt stones melt away tension by radiating heat, deeper than we can physically touch for a deeper relaxation.

Reflexology is a practice that involves stimulating certain areas of the hands or feet. Acupressure points mixed with massage to stimulate your body’s natural healing.
Cupping*
Medical grade silicone cups used in a gliding or stationary fashion, Suction can be a gentler approach to deeper work, increasing blood flow and unlocking tissue adhesions.

Percussion Therapy*
Percussion Therapy uses a Hyperice hand held vibration tool to alleviate muscle soreness and stiffness to improve range of motion and promote circulation. Can be added onto any session except Prenatal sessions.

A flexible aid to increase circulation, reduce swelling and support joints and muscles to keep you moving in all that you do.

Assisted stretching
Fully clothed assisted stretching helps you go beyond what you can do on your own. Sessions can be full body or targeted for specific work. Stretching is beneficial to lengthen muscles, increase flexibility and range of motion.
